Our auditoriums and meeting rooms' diversity, functionality and flexibility meet the space needs of any sized gathering, whether it be teaching sessions, conferences with exhibit space, concerts or banquets and receptions.
Ridgecrest also offers attractive space options for small group meetings or private conference rooms partitioned to any size.
Johnson Spring
Any way you choose to utilize this 46,250 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, meeting planners will find the flexibility needed to ensure a successful meeting, convention or retreat. Johnson Spring provides a variety of meeting options for your group ranging from 8 to 24 meeting spaces, with seating capacity from 16-800 guests. Johnson Spring connects our campus as never before, providing guests with covered walkways and elevators to more easily navigate from sleeping rooms to meeting rooms and the dining room.
Mountain Laurel
Mountain Laurel's ground floor level offers five spacious classrooms. Sound panel partitions can be opened to join rooms for large group settings. Each of these rooms are adjacent to the new auditorium and are centrally located on campus. Rooms can be arranged in classroom or theater-style seating, and are an ideal location for banquets and receptions. A small, private conference room is also available near the classrooms. Mountain Laurel's 214-seat auditorium offers the finest in theater-style meeting space. Several wide screen monitors coupled with the latest in computerized audio systems makes this teaching facility ideal for medium-sized meetings. Gentle sloping floors offer excellent visibility from virtually any location.
Rhododendron/Dogwood
The Rhododendron complex offers a 350-seat auditorium or easily converts to 5-9 classrooms. Connected to the Rhododendron complex just above the campus dining room are the newly remodeled Dogwood meeting rooms. Fixed partitions can be used to vary dimensions (2-7 rooms) to meet specific needs.These rooms are also popular for banquets and receptions.
Spilman Auditorium
From the best in contemporary Christian music concerts to commissioning services for missionaries about to embark on a lifetime of dedication, this historic auditorium has hosted countless meetings where the Spirit of God was truly at work. Outside, the classic lines of the bright white columns against the rich stoneworked walls offers guests a sense of both celebration and grandeur. Inside, the cheerful colors and beautiful lighting add energy and life to any meeting it hosts. One only needs to glance at the sound room to know there are limitless sound, stage, lighting and special effect capabilities for this 2,200-seat facility, making it ideal for large conferences or events.
The ARC
Conveniently located adjacent to Maple, Walnut and Mountain Laurel, The ARC offers unique flexibility as an Auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and video projection capabilities or as an indoor Gymnasium great for Basketball, Volleyball and many other recreational opportunities.
Rutland Chapel
Quietly tucked away behind towering maples and elms sets this charming 250-seat wood and stone structured auditorium. The traditional reverence of Rutland's interior is complemented by the panoramic mountain beauty visible through the many large glass windows. Rich, wooden beams and comfortably padded pews add character to this uniquely wonderful auditorium. Rutland includes state-of-the-art sound and video projection capabilities.
Crystal Springs
Conveniently located adjacent to Spilman Auditorium, Crystal Springs offers numerous classrooms on two levels.
Lambdin
Tens of thousands of youth will recall fond memories of youth events within the walls of Lambdin. Located behind the Spilman facilities, Lambdin can be arranged with chair seating or used as open conference space. The facility also includes 4-5 breakout rooms.
