LifeWay Ridgecrest Conference Center offers a wide array of challenging positions for persons seeking to dedicate their skills and abilities to the mission of our organization. Whether you serve as a front desk receptionist, a member of housekeeping or maintenance services, or one of our many volunteer positions, your energy and efforts will be invested in seeing our guests experience spiritual renewal in their lives. LifeWay Ridgecrest Conference Center does not seek to fill 'positions' with 'bodies' - we seek to provide 'ministry' with 'servants'. There are several types of employment with Ridgecrest including:
Regular Employment

Regular Part-Time Employment
We're looking for people with flexible schedules! Ridgecrest always welcomes those who are willing to work as needed. No minimum or maximum number of hours are required per week.
Our Regular Part-Time Employees are eligible for:

Temporary Employment
Our Temporary employees are required for any short-term tasks or projects and as fill-in replacements for absent regular employees. Work schedule, duties, and pay grade will vary. Our Temporary employees are eligible to participate in the Christmas gift and Breaks.
Summer Employment
Each year from May to mid-August, approximately 150-175 men and women have the opportunity to become part of the Ridgecrest staff. Summer Staff selections begin in February for such positions as:
- Preschool Faculty (to work with preschool age children)
- Day Camp Faculty (to work with children grades 1 - 6)
- Event Services Technicians (to set up conference meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment, etc.)
- Centrifuge Support (to service Centrifuge meeting areas, assist with activities, etc.)
- Technical Support (to operate sound, lighting, video, & other equipment in the large auditorium)
- Recreation Workers (to lead hikes, games, etc.)
- Food Service Workers (to work in the dining room, catering services, ice cream area, cafe', etc.)
- Guest Housing Workers (to assist with guest housing areas, laundry, etc.)
- Hospitality Services (servicing guest rooms, grounds-keeping, laundry, etc.)
- Guest Registration Workers (to assist with guest check in & check out, guest relations & assistance, etc.)
