Dining Room
Ridgecrest's dining room offers three nutritious buffet-style meals daily and is centrally located within Rhododendron assuring attendees a very short walk from virtually every lodging venue. The dining room includes eight serving lines to accommodate large groups quickly and efficiently.
The spacious dining room seats well over 800 people. Five foot round tables as well as eight foot rectangular tables are utilized providing guests with a comfortable setting for fellowship and conversation.
Breakfast
Includes a variety of hot and cold choices.
Lunch and Dinner
Includes two entrees and a selection of vegetables, salads and desserts.
During the year, dining hours vary based on number of guests on campus.
Summer Hours
Breakfast 6:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
Lunch
Dinner 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
