Catering Menus

At Ridgecrest, our catering menus feature great variety, and we're happy to help you decide on which choices best suit your particular group. Click on the header link for menus.

DINNER
All dinner entrees include your choice of salad, side items,
dessert, bread, iced tea and coffee.

DINNER BUFFETS
Desserts, beverages and breads are served to compliment your buffet.

All packages are served with punch, sweet tea or lemonade.

LUNCH
   

These entrées are served with tea, coffee and fresh baked cookies.


BREAKFAST

All breakfast entrées include juice, coffee and hot tea.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
All continentals include coffee, juice and ice water.

CATERING GUIDELINES

  • All catered events should be scheduled no later than 3 weeks prior to event.
  • Guaranteed numbers for banquets must be given to your Event Coordinator 72 hours prior to event.
  • Adjustments or changes for other catered events must be made no later than 48 hours prior to event. Changes will not be accepted after the 48-hour deadline.
  • A 10% service charge will be added to all breaks and receptions.
  • Events requiring labor after 9:00 p.m. will incur additional labor charges of $15 per hour, per staff person working event.
  • Banquets in excess of 2 hours will incur additional labor charges of $15 per hour per staff person working event.
  • All menus are individually plated and served by Ridgecrest wait staff unless buffet is indicated.
